To become a new client

Step 1. You may request a 10-15-minute phone or in-person conversation with Dr. Korn, at no charge, so that you may discuss your initial questions and she may recommend the next steps..

Step 2. You will make your first appointment for the comprehensive evaluation with Dr Korn by calling the office at 360-262-6175

Step 3. Upon scheduling an appointment you will be asked to download and print out our New Client Forms and send us the completed forms prior to your appointment.
