Herb walk in the gardens:
Join us for a walk and tour of the botanical gardens at Casa Xipe Totec. Learn of the various flora and fauna who live with us, their gifts of fruits and traditional medical uses. The tour takes about 75 minutes and ends with tea on the patio prepared fresh from the garden plants.

Herb walk (off site):
If your interest is piqued after the garden tour of Casa Xipe Totec, join one of our staff members for a 90 minute walk up river and learn more!

Guided horesback/walk into the mountains to exquisite waterfalls: Please request 24 hours in advance. This all day ride into the far off mountains will introduce you to breathtaking orchids and waterfalls where you can relax and swim. The horses are gentle but some of the trail is steep, so plan for a massage the next day.

Snorkeling: We provide rental of some snorkeling equipment.

Scuba diving: It is available with an experienced diver. If you want to learn, our instructor can teach you.

Day Trip by Panga: Enjoy a boat trip to the islands or a private beach for the day.
